工作原理

Principle description

聚结分离器由分离腔和聚结腔两部分结构组成。气体从进口流入聚结分离器分离腔,其流速降低,流动方向改变。气流均匀通过分离元件,大于10μm的液体被除去,同时小液滴被聚结成大液滴。经过分离元件分离大部分液滴后的气流进入聚结腔,气流均匀地从内向外流过聚结元件,聚结元件会深度分离气流中夹带的液滴,进而把0.3μm以上的液滴聚结分离掉。

The coalescence separator by separating cavity and coalescence cavity structure.
