LC系列液体聚结器用来从汽油、煤油、柴油或其它液态烃类有机连续相中分离不相容的水、胺液、碱液等无机分散相液滴。

原理描述 Principle description

LC系列液体聚结器内部装有两种专门针对烃类介质脱水的滤芯——聚结滤芯和分离滤芯，当介质流经其内部需经过过滤、聚结、沉降、分离四个过程，从而实现脱掉介质中水分、碱液及溶于水的有机酸盐等。

介质首先从内向外流经聚结滤芯，该滤芯具有过滤、破乳、聚结三重功效，有良好的亲水性。聚结滤芯最内层的高精度过滤层，有效拦截介质中的颗粒杂质，尤其是拦截对稳定乳化状态起明显作用的氧化铁、硫化铁等杂质，有利于后续破乳及聚结功能。经过过滤以后的介质随后进入聚结滤芯的破乳聚结层。破乳聚结层中的特殊材料对介质进行破乳，然后将介质中微小的游离水聚结出来，并在其表面凝结成大水珠。大水珠靠自身重力沉降到集水槽，尺寸较小的水珠会随介质一起流向分离滤芯。

       分离滤芯是由特殊材料制成，具有良好的憎水性能。介质从外向内流经分离滤芯，分离滤芯有效的憎水性只让连续相介质通过，分散相被完全有效地拦截在滤芯外面，而再次凝聚成大水珠沉降，从而进一步分离掉水分，确保很高的分离效率。

       LC系列液体聚结器根据不同液体的粘度、表面张力、pH值等方面的不同，聚结元件的材料可以是玻璃纤维、聚丙烯、聚酯、尼龙、褶状纤维素或复合材料。

LC系列液体聚结器根据结构形式分为：VLC立式液体聚结器和HLC卧式液体聚结器。

一般用于航空煤油的聚结器，有其特殊的制造标准和行业标准，通常又称为过滤分离器。
