高效叶片分离器可以处理任何液-气比的气体，可高效的分离气体中携带的大量液体。其典型结构如下图所示：

原理描述/Principle

夹带液滴的气体流经叶片间的通道过程中，被叶片强制进行多次快速流向转变。在惯性力作用下，气体所夹带的液滴撞击到叶片表面，附着在叶片表面后通过液滴间的聚结效应形成液膜。附着在叶片表面的液膜在液体表面张力和气体动能的联合作用下被推入叶片的夹层，并在夹层中汇流，在重力作用下流入叶片下方的集液槽中，再通过降液管流到分离器底部。净化后的气体流出叶片组。

In the process of gas carrying droplets flowing through the channels between blades, the blades force them to make multiple rapid flow direction changes. Under the action of inertial force, the droplets carried by the gas impinge on the blade surface and form a liquid film through the agglomerating effect between the droplets. Under the combined action of liquid surface tension and gas kinetic energy, the liquid film attached to the blade surface is pushed into the interlayer of the blade, and converges in the interlayer. Under the action of gravity, it flows into the liquid collecting slot under the blade, and then flows to the bottom of the separator through the downcomer. The purified gas flows out of the blade group.
